Child Protection & Safeguarding Survey

CSDA's SafeStamp is committed to ensuring that every Caribbean child has the opportunity to participate in a safe and enjoyable sport environment. As part of this commitment, CSDA needs to better understand the current "abuse in sport" situation, and to do this we're asking that you take the 10 minutes to complete our survey.

This questionnaire has been adapted from a survey developed by the University of Edinburgh & NSPCC Child Protection Research Centre's study titled, "The Experiences of Children Participating in Organised Sport in the UK".

Through this questionnaire we will collect information on harm to children participating in sport that is Caribbean specific. Data collected will be analyzed and used in the development of model policies and procedures that can be adopted by governments and sport organisations in the region.

This questionnaire is separated into the following sections:
• Background Information
• Emotional abuse and Bullying in sport
• Physical Abuse in sport
• Drug Abuse in sport, and
• Sexual Abuse in sport

If you are willing to complete the survey, please continue by clicking on the link below. Thank you for your time and interest.
